We are looking for experienced and talented Administration Co-ordinator for our firm , location Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:
Planning ahead to provide adequate staffing to ensure Client needs are met

Checking event information, querying any abnormalities and finalizing arrangements

Drafting / compilation of relevant documentation & contracts

Distributing memos and correspondence to event managers and workers

Distribution of all event dates, requirements and documentation to outworkers

Ensure that accommodation for all staff at each venue is booked and confirmed

Ensuring accommodation, flights and ferries are booked

Chasing up replies and confirming in system as received

Administration, processing and reconciliation of the database and accounts in a timely manner

Publication of ceremony information

Production of float staffing list

Attend events and meetings when required and make decisions in the absence of management

Job Skills :
Excellent organisational and time management skills

Computer literate, numerate, proficient in Word, Excel and ability to learn new software packages as required.

Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and multi-task

Strong communication skills both oral and written – ability to build strong professional relationships

Strong judgment, diplomacy, and problem-solving skills

Enthusiastic personality with strong team ethos.

The ability to plan, manage and prioritise work with demanding deadlines
