We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Academic Manager to join our team in Dubai within the Energy sector. The Academic Manager will be responsible for overseeing the academic operations and programs within the organization, ensuring high-quality education delivery and student satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement academic strategies and programs in line with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Manage a team of instructors and academic staff, providing guidance and support to ensure effective teaching and learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with industry partners and stakeholders to ensure alignment of academic programs with industry needs and trends.
- Monitor and evaluate academic performance and student outcomes, implementing improvements as necessary.
- Lead curriculum development and review processes, incorporating feedback from industry experts and academic staff.
- Oversee the accreditation process and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and requirements.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of academic programs to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Provide support and guidance to students, faculty, and staff on academic matters and policies.

Qualifications:
- Master's degree or higher in Energy, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in academic management or education leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of the Energy sector and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of implementing successful academic programs and initiatives.
- Experience in curriculum development and accreditation processes.
