Job Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Adoption Counselor to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in promoting our consumer goods initiatives focused on community engagement and corporate social responsibility. As an Adoption Counselor, you will be responsible for guiding potential adopters through the process of adopting our products, ensuring they understand the benefits and values associated with our brand. You will work closely with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to foster positive relationships and drive adoption rates.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with potential adopters by providing personalized consultations and addressing their needs and concerns regarding our products.

- Education and Outreach: Conduct workshops, seminars, and informational sessions to educate the community about the benefits of adopting our products. Develop educational materials that effectively communicate our product offerings and values.

- Assessment and Support: Evaluate the suitability of potential adopters through interviews and assessments. Provide ongoing support and guidance throughout the adoption process, ensuring a smooth transition.

- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align messaging and strategies that promote product adoption. Collaborate on campaigns that highlight success stories and testimonials from satisfied adopters.

- Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from adopters to understand their experiences and improve the adoption process. Report insights to management to inform product development and customer service improvements.

- Community Engagement: Participate in community events and initiatives to promote our brand and engage with potential adopters. Represent the company at trade shows, fairs, and other relevant events.

- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of interactions with potential adopters and provide regular reports on adoption metrics and trends to management.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marketing, or a related field.

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, counseling, or community outreach, preferably within the consumer goods sector.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse audiences.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Experience with data analysis and reporting is a plus.

- A passion for community engagement and a commitment to promoting positive change through consumer products.

- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
