We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Advertising Sales Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, preferably within the healthcare industry, and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare organizations and businesses in Abu Dhabi to sell advertising space
- Identify potential clients, understand their advertising needs, and present tailored advertising solutions
- Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to key decision-makers
- Negotiate advertising rates and contracts to maximize revenue
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop advertising campaigns that align with client objectives
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities
- Track sales performance and provide regular reports to management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- [X] years of experience in advertising sales, preferably within the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
