We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Airport Operations Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in healthcare operations and a strong understanding of airport procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the coordination of daily airport operations, including patient transfers, medical equipment transportation, and facility maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with airport security protocols and healthcare regulations.
- Coordinate with airlines, ground handling services, and other airport personnel to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage patient flow and assist with check-in and boarding procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all airport operations activities.
- Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures for airport operations.
- Provide support to airport staff and healthcare professionals as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business management, or related field.
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in healthcare operations or airport management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of airport regulations and security procedures.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
