We are looking for an experienced Application Engineering Program Manager to join our Real Estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support our real estate operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of application engineers to design and develop software applications for real estate projects
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure timely delivery of applications
- Manage the implementation of software applications, including testing, deployment, and user training
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of applications to identify areas for improvement
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end users
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends and best practices in application engineering

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in application engineering, software development, or a related role
- Strong project management skills and experience leading cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
- Experience with database management systems and cloud computing platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
