We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Applications Analyst Assistant to join our dynamic team in Dubai, UAE. The successful candidate will work closely with the Applications Analyst to support and enhance the company's pharmaceutical software and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of pharmaceutical software and systems
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for end users
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements
- Conduct testing and quality assurance of software applications
- Develop user documentation and training materials
- Assist in the training of end users on software applications
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in pharmaceutical software

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- [X] years of experience in a similar role in the pharmaceutical industry
- Proficiency in SQL, Java, and other programming languages
- Experience with pharmaceutical software systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Salesforce
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
