We are seeking a highly motivated and talented Architectural Illustrator Assistant to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for architecture and design, as well as a strong attention to detail and proficiency in illustration software.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead Architectural Illustrator in creating high-quality visualizations of real estate projects
- Develop 2D and 3D illustrations based on architectural plans and designs
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure accuracy and consistency in visual representations
- Assist in creating mood boards, color schemes, and design concepts for presentations
- Maintain a library of assets, textures, and materials for use in illustrations
- Research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in illustration software and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and other illustration software
- Strong understanding of architectural principles and design concepts
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Prior experience in architectural illustration is preferred but not required (up to 8 years of experience)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
