We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Operations Program Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all architectural operations within the organization, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline architectural processes
- Manage and coordinate architectural projects from inception to completion
- Oversee project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Provide leadership and guidance to architectural team members
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement within the organization

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural project management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Proven track record of successfully managing architectural projects
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dubai
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
