We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Paving Operator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Asphalt Paving Operator will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to lay asphalt on roads, parking lots, and other surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate paving machines to spread and level asphalt on surfaces
- Monitor temperature of asphalt to ensure proper consistency
- Control the direction and speed of the paving machine
- Coordinate with other crew members to ensure smooth paving process
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Asphalt Paving Operator
- Valid UAE driver's license
- Ability to operate heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to work in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions
