Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and creative Assistant Art Director to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is essential in supporting the Art Director in developing and executing visual concepts that communicate our brand's vision and values within the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles, a passion for creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Art Director in conceptualizing and designing visual materials across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media, tailored to the energy industry.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling campaigns that effectively promote our energy solutions and initiatives.
- Support the development of branding and identity elements, ensuring consistency across all visual communications.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and solutions for design projects.
- Prepare presentations and visual mock-ups to communicate design concepts to internal stakeholders and clients.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
- Stay updated on industry trends, design software, and emerging technologies relevant to the energy sector.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns, fostering a collaborative and creative work environment.
- Coordinate with external vendors, photographers, and illustrators to execute design projects as needed.
- Assist in the production of marketing collateral, including brochures, flyers, and event materials, ensuring they align with the overall brand strategy.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the energy industry or a related field.
- Proficient in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and creativity.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- A collaborative spirit with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the energy sector and an understanding of its unique challenges and opportunities is a plus.
