We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Kitchen Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi within the Aerospace and Defense industry. The Assistant Kitchen Manager will work closely with the Kitchen Manager to oversee all kitchen operations and ensure the highest quality of food and service is maintained.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Kitchen Manager in planning and directing food preparation in the kitchen
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met
- Manage and train kitchen staff
- Assist in creating and implementing menu items
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Assist in developing and implementing cost control measures
- Oversee food quality and presentation

Requirements:
