We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in the Aerospace and Defense industry in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong understanding of financial operations.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CFO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
- Assist in preparing financial reports, presentations, and budget forecasts
- Coordinate with other departments to gather financial data and ensure accuracy
- Monitor and track financial transactions and expenses
- Assist in financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making processes
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the CFO

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
