We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in our retail company based in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced environment and possess a strong understanding of financial processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CFO, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence
- Assist with financial reporting and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Coordinate and prepare materials for board meetings, investor presentations, and other key events
- Manage and maintain confidential financial information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed, working closely with cross-functional teams
- Stay current on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance with financial standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- [Random number] years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with all levels of management
