We are seeking an Associate Attorney with experience in the telecommunications industry to join our dynamic legal team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecommunications law and regulations, as well as experience in handling a variety of legal matters within the industry.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support to the company on telecommunications law and regulations
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to telecommunications services
- Represent the company in negotiations, mediations, and other legal proceedings
- Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant telecommunications issues
- Stay up-to-date on changes in telecommunications laws and regulations
- Assist in developing and implementing legal strategies to support the company's business objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university
- Admission to practice law in Sharjah
- [Random number] years of experience practicing law, with a focus on the telecommunications industry
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications laws and regulations in the UAE
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
