Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Automotive Operations Program Manager to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This role is pivotal in overseeing the successful execution of automotive programs within the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive operations, project management, and a keen understanding of the energy landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Program Management:
- Lead and manage multiple automotive projects from conception through completion, ensuring the alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful delivery.

2. Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and supply chain, to ensure seamless program execution.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

3. Strategy Development:
- Analyze market trends and energy sector developments to inform program strategies and initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in automotive operations, particularly in the context of energy efficiency and sustainability.

4. Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.

5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present detailed project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Utilize data analytics to assess program performance and identify areas for improvement.

6. Team Leadership:
- Mentor and guide project teams to foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive operations, program management, or a related role within the energy sector.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of automotive technologies and energy solutions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively.
- Proficient in project management tools and software.
