Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Parts Specialist to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry and a deep understanding of automotive parts and accessories.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and source specific automotive parts and accessories for customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and product knowledge to assist customers in finding the right parts for their vehicles
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are sufficient to meet customer demand
- Coordinate with suppliers to procure parts in a timely manner
- Keep up-to-date with new products and industry trends in the automotive parts market
- Assist in merchandising and organizing the parts department for optimal efficiency
- Process sales transactions and handle returns or exchanges as necessary

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and inventory management systems
- Valid UAE driver's license
