We are seeking a skilled Background Screening Specialist to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As a Background Screening Specialist in the construction industry, you will be responsible for conducting thorough background checks on potential employees, contractors, and vendors to ensure the safety and security of our projects and workforce.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive background checks on all potential employees, contractors, and vendors in accordance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Verify employment history, education credentials, and professional licenses of candidates.
- Conduct criminal background checks and drug screenings as necessary.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all background check results.
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to review and interpret background check reports.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing background screenings.
- Provide recommendations on hiring decisions based on background check results.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in conducting background screenings, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of background screening best practices and legal requirements.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and background screening software.
