We are seeking a skilled Benefits Administration Manager to join our healthcare organization based in Abu Dhabi. The Benefits Administration Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement employee benefits programs in compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Manage the administration of health insurance plans, including enrollment, claims processing, and communication with insurance providers
- Collaborate with HR team to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee benefits, including retirement plans and paid time off
- Conduct regular audits of benefits programs to ensure compliance and efficiency
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding benefits inquiries and issues
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in benefits administration
- Prepare reports and analysis on benefits utilization and costs for management review
- Manage relationships with benefits vendors and negotiate contracts as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations related to employee benefits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
