We are seeking a Benefits Coordinator Assistant to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and a strong understanding of employee benefits administration.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Benefits Coordinator in administering employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks
- Process enrollment, changes, and terminations for employee benefits
- Assist employees with inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, and coverage
- Coordinate with insurance providers and vendors to ensure accurate and timely processing of benefits
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to employee benefits
- Assist with benefits-related events and communications
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to employee benefits
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in benefits administration, preferably in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of employee benefits programs and regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented and able to maintain confidential information
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
