We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Beverage Program Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our beverage program, including procurement, inventory management, quality control, and vendor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the beverage program and drive sales growth
- Source and negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and high quality products
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely delivery of products to meet customer demand
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns and drive brand awareness
- Lead a team of beverage program coordinators and provide guidance and support as needed
- Conduct regular audits of beverage program operations to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in beverage program management or related role
- Strong knowledge of the consumer goods industry and market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
