We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Brand Operations Manager to join our team in the agriculture sector based in Dubai. Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy Development:
- Develop, implement, and manage brand strategies to enhance market penetration and brand equity.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the agriculture sector.

2. Operational Management:
- Oversee day-to-day brand operations, ensuring alignment with company objectives and efficient resource management.

6. Budget Management:
- Manage the brand operations budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve strategic objectives.

- Lead and mentor a team of marketing and operations professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or operations, preferably within the agriculture sector.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies.
- Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
