We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team in Dubai, specializing in the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing call center operations, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and driving operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of call center agents to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve call center performance, including service level agreements, call handling procedures, and quality assurance processes.
- Monitor and analyze call center metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
- Train, mentor, and coach call center agents to improve their performance and achieve targets.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination between teams.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and provide resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in call center management to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in call center management, preferably in the energy sector.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding call center targets.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of call center software and systems.
