We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Cargo Agent Assistant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a strong understanding of cargo handling procedures.

Responsibilities:

- Assist Cargo Agents in coordinating the shipment of pharmaceutical products, including receiving, storing, and delivering goods
- Ensure all cargo is handled safely and in compliance with industry regulations
- Prepare shipping documents and maintain accurate records of all shipments
- Communicate with suppliers, clients, and transportation companies to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock levels to meet demand
- Conduct regular inspections of cargo to ensure quality control standards are met
- Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to cargo shipments
- Provide support to Cargo Agents in coordinating logistics and transportation activities

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- [Number] years of experience in cargo handling, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
- Strong knowledge of cargo handling procedures and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and cargo tracking software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
