We are seeking a skilled Carpenter Foreman to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in carpentry, with a strong background in retail construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of carpenters and other construction workers on retail projects
- Interpret blueprints and construction drawings to determine project requirements
- Measure, cut, and shape wood and other materials to construct retail fixtures and displays
- Install doors, windows, furniture, and other carpentry items as needed
- Ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and subcontractors

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in carpentry, with a focus on retail construction projects
- Proven experience as a Foreman or Supervisor in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Valid UAE driving license is a plus
