Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Ceramic Tile Installer to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi's thriving construction sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tile installation, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

- Tile Installation: Install ceramic tiles on walls, floors, and other surfaces according to project specifications, ensuring precision and quality in every aspect of the installation process.
- Preparation: Prepare surfaces for tile installation by cleaning, leveling, and applying appropriate adhesive materials. Assess and repair any underlying issues such as water damage or uneven surfaces before tile application.
- Layout Planning: Plan and execute tile layouts to ensure aesthetic appeal and functionality, including selecting appropriate tile sizes, colors, and patterns for each project.
- Cutting and Shaping Tiles: Utilize hand and power tools to cut and shape tiles to fit around corners, outlets, and other fixtures. Ensure all cuts are clean and precise to maintain the integrity of the tile design.
- Grouting and Finishing: Apply grout between tiles, ensuring even distribution and cleanliness. Perform finishing touches, including polishing edges and cleaning surfaces to achieve a flawless appearance.
- Quality Control: Inspect completed work for quality assurance and adherence to industry standards. Address any imperfections or issues promptly to uphold our commitment to excellence.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, and other tradespeople to ensure that tile installation aligns with overall project timelines and specifications.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines while on the job site, maintaining a safe and organized workspace at all times.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences, providing recommendations and updates throughout the installation process.

Required Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Ceramic Tile Installer, with a minimum of 3 to 7 years in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of tile types, installation techniques, and tools required for effective tile laying.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
- Excellent mathematical skills for measuring and calculating materials needed for each job.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certification or training in tile installation or related fields is a plus.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations in the construction industry.
