We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a City Manager Assistant in the Transportation and Logistics sector based in Dubai. The City Manager Assistant will work closely with the City Manager to oversee and coordinate various transportation and logistics operations within the city.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist the City Manager in developing and implementing strategic plans for transportation and logistics operations in the city.
2. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, suppliers, and transportation service providers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
3. Monitor and analyze transportation and logistics data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
4. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports related to transportation and logistics operations.
5. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining records.
6. Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards in all transportation and logistics activities.
7. Provide support to the City Manager in resolving any issues or conflicts that may arise in the course of operations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 2-5 years of experience in transportation and logistics management.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Knowledge of local transportation regulations and industry trends.
