We are seeking a dynamic and experienced City Manager to oversee all aspects of real estate development and management in Abu Dhabi. The City Manager will be responsible for leading a team of professionals in the planning, development, and maintenance of various real estate projects within the city.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for real estate development in Abu Dhabi
- Manage all aspects of real estate projects, from planning and design to construction and maintenance
- Coordinate with various stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and investors
- Monitor project timelines and budgets to ensure successful completion
- Oversee leasing and sales activities for commercial and residential properties
- Implement sustainable and environmentally-friendly practices in real estate development
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and laws
- Provide regular reports to senior management on project progress and performance

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in real estate development and management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of successfully managing real estate projects
- Knowledge of market trends and regulations in Abu Dhabi
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
