Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and motivated Coaching Assistant to support our coaching team in delivering high-quality training and development programs within the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fostering growth and development in individuals and teams, with a strong understanding of the energy industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the coaching team in designing, implementing, and evaluating training programs tailored to the energy sector.
- Support the organization and facilitation of workshops, seminars, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant progress, and feedback to track effectiveness and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with coaches to develop training materials, presentations, and resources that enhance the learning experience.
- Conduct research on best practices in coaching and training methodologies relevant to the energy sector.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling sessions, managing logistics, and communicating with participants.
- Act as a point of contact for participants, addressing inquiries and providing support as needed.
- Monitor and report on participant engagement and outcomes to inform continuous improvement efforts.
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance coaching skills and industry knowledge.
- Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages participant engagement and growth.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in coaching, training, or a related field, preferably within the energy sector.
- Strong understanding of coaching principles and adult learning theories.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate individuals at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with online learning platforms and tools.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in coaching or training (e.g., ICF, ATD, or equivalent).
- Experience working in or knowledge of the energy sector, including renewable energy, oil and gas, or utilities.
- Multilingual capabilities are a plus, particularly in Arabic or other regional languages.
