We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Collections Assistant to join our Information Technology team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have experience in collections, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Contacting customers with outstanding balances to arrange for payment
- Monitoring and tracking overdue accounts
- Sending reminders and follow-up emails to customers
- Updating and maintaining accurate records of collections activities
- Collaborating with other team members to resolve any issues related to collections
- Providing regular reports on collections activities to management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in collections or a related field
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of collection laws and regulations in the UAE is a plus
