We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Collections Program Manager to join our team in Dubai within the agriculture sector. The Collections Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the collection and recovery of outstanding debts and managing the overall collections program for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective collections strategies to minimize bad debt and improve cash flow
- Manage a team of collections specialists to ensure timely and efficient collection of outstanding debts
- Monitor and analyze collection performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed
- Identify and resolve customer disputes or billing discrepancies in a timely manner
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to address customer payment issues and improve collection processes
- Develop and maintain relationships with external debt collection agencies and legal partners
- Provide regular reports and updates on collection activities to senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in collections management or related field
- Strong knowledge of collections best practices and regulations
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collections software
