Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Commissioning Manager to oversee the commissioning processes in our manufacturing facility in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing commissioning projects within the manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the commissioning activities for manufacturing systems and processes, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Develop and implement comprehensive commissioning plans, including resource allocation, scheduling, and risk assessment.
- Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and operations teams to ensure seamless integration of equipment and systems during commissioning.
- Supervise and mentor a team of commissioning engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Conduct thorough inspections and tests on equipment and systems to validate functionality and performance against design specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the commissioning process, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of commissioning procedures, results, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to communicate project status, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction with the commissioning process.
- Provide training and support to operational staff on new systems and equipment, ensuring a smooth transition to operational status.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance commissioning processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commissioning role within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and systems.
- Proven experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to manufacturing and commissioning processes.
- Proficiency in using commissioning management software and tools.
