We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Operations Program Manager to join our telecommunications company based in Sharjah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management within the telecommunications industry and will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement construction project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Manage and coordinate all construction activities, including site surveys, design reviews, permitting, procurement, and construction
- Monitor and track project progress, ensuring milestones are met and any delays are addressed promptly
- Work closely with internal teams and external contractors to ensure project requirements are met
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and address any issues or concerns
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and change orders
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in construction project management within the telecommunications industry
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, techniques, and regulations
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office applications
