Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Credit Operations Manager to join our Information Technology team in Ajman. As the Credit Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the credit operations process, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement credit policies and procedures to minimize risk and maximize efficiency
- Manage a team of credit analysts and operations staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed
- Monitor and analyze credit data and trends to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Review and approve credit applications, setting credit limits and terms based on risk assessment
- Work closely with sales, finance, and other departments to ensure seamless credit operations
- Handle customer inquiries and escalations related to credit issues in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare and present regular reports on credit operations performance to senior management

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in credit operations management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of credit risk management and compliance requirements
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven leadership abilities and experience managing a team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and credit management software
