We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Center Manager to join our team in Ajman. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations and maintenance of our data center, ensuring optimal performance and security at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of data center technicians and engineers
- Develop and implement data center policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations
- Monitor and maintain data center infrastructure, including servers, storage systems, and networking equipment
- Implement and oversee data backup and disaster recovery plans
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts for data center services
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for data center operations
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to data center operations
- Stay current on the latest trends and technologies in data center management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data center management
- Strong knowledge of data center operations, including server hardware, storage systems, and networking technologies
- Experience with virtualization technologies and cloud computing
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
