We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Database Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Database Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our company's database systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the company's database systems
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the database
- Monitor database performance and recommend improvements for optimal efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a timely manner
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of database systems with other company applications
- Develop and maintain backup and recovery procedures to prevent data loss
- Train and mentor database administrators and other staff members on best practices for database management
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in database technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in database management
- Proficiency in SQL and other database management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with data security and compliance regulations
- Experience working in the consumer goods industry is a plus
