We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deck Supervisor to join our team in Dubai. The Deck Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail department, ensuring that all store staff are providing excellent customer service and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff, including sales associates, cashiers, and stock clerks
- Train and mentor new employees to ensure they understand company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and order new stock as needed
- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
- Create and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and meet targets
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum [random number] years of experience in a retail supervisory role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities and a proven track record of motivating and managing a team
