We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai within the education sector. The Design Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of the design department, ensuring the successful delivery of design projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement design processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and productivity within the design department
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of design projects with overall business objectives
- Manage a team of designers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to help them achieve their full potential
- Monitor and track project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to foster professional growth and development
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design operations and deliver high-quality design solutions
- Act as a liaison between the design team and other departments to facilitate communication and collaboration on projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Business, or a related field
