We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Design Project Manager to join our retail team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the planning, design, and execution of various retail projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the design team, including architects, interior designers, and contractors, to ensure successful project delivery
- Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource plans, and monitor progress against key milestones
- Coordinate with stakeholders to gather project requirements and ensure all design solutions meet their needs and expectations
- Review and approve design concepts, drawings, and specifications, and provide feedback to the team as needed
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work progress, resolve any design-related issues, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to source materials, furniture, and fixtures that align with the project vision and budget
- Communicate project updates and status reports to senior management and key stakeholders on a regular basis
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field
- [X] years of experience in project management, preferably in the retail sector
- Proven track record of successfully delivering design projects from concept to completion
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Dubai
- PMP or LEED certification is a plus
