We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Diversity Assistant to join our team in Ras Al Khaimah. As a Diversity Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion initiatives within our construction company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of diversity and inclusion strategies and programs.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure diversity and inclusion goals are integrated into recruitment, training, and retention practices.
- Conduct research and analysis on diversity best practices and trends within the construction industry.
- Assist in organizing and facilitating diversity training sessions and workshops for employees.
- Monitor and track diversity metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Support employee resource groups and other diversity-related initiatives.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees seeking guidance or assistance related to diversity and inclusion matters.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- [X] years of experience in diversity and inclusion, HR, or related field.
- Knowledge of diversity best practices and trends in the construction industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
