We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Education Operations Manager to join our team in Dubai within the Transportation and Logistics industry. The Education Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our educational programs and ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our students and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the efficient running of educational programs
- Manage a team of educators, trainers, and administrative staff to ensure high-quality delivery of services
- Monitor and evaluate program performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors to ensure seamless delivery of educational services
- Oversee budgeting and financial management for educational programs, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote educational programs and attract new clients
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education and training

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in education operations or related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proven track record of project management and operational excellence
- Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry is a plus
