We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Education Program Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The Education Program Manager will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of educational programs within the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, program management, and financial services.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement education programs tailored to the needs of the financial services industry in Abu Dhabi.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of educational programs.
- Monitor program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvements.
- Manage program budgets and resources effectively.
- Evaluate program outcomes and report on key performance indicators.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in education and financial services.
- Lead a team of education professionals to achieve program goals and objectives.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Finance, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of educational principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership abilities and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
