We are seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Education Program Operations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management within the aerospace and defense industry, as well as a passion for education and training.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our education programs, ensuring all activities are running smoothly and efficiently
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes and improve program effectiveness
- Manage a team of program coordinators and instructors, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure program objectives are being met and resources are being utilized effectively
- Monitor program budgets and expenses, identifying areas for cost savings and optimization
- Track and analyze program performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in education program management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the aerospace and defense industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and programs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of educational program development and evaluation methodologies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
