Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Education Program Operations Manager to lead and optimize our educational initiatives within the energy sector. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in program management, a strong understanding of educational methodologies, and a passion for advancing skills and knowledge in the energy industry. This role will require effective leadership, strategic planning, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders, including educational institutions, industry partners, and government agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Program Development and Management:
- Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs that align with industry needs and organizational goals in the energy sector.
- Oversee the operational aspects of educational programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain program documentation, including curricula, training materials, and assessment tools.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions, industry stakeholders, and governmental bodies to foster collaboration and support for educational initiatives.
- Represent the organization at conferences, workshops, and other events to promote educational programs and gather insights on industry trends.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead a team of educators, trainers, and administrative staff, providing guidance and support to ensure successful program execution.
- Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate professional development opportunities for team members.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze program data to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement; prepare reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Utilize feedback from participants and stakeholders to refine and enhance educational offerings.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial guidelines.
- Identify funding opportunities and assist in the preparation of grant proposals and funding applications.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all educational programs comply with relevant regulatory and accreditation standards.
- Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of educational delivery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, with a focus on educational program delivery, preferably in the energy sector.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.
