We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Manager to join our Real Estate team in Abu Dhabi. The Employee Benefits Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies, and providing support to employees regarding their benefits packages.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective benefits offerings
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards related to employee benefits
- Provide guidance and support to employees regarding their benefits packages, including explaining options, assisting with enrollment, and addressing any issues or concerns
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate payroll deductions and reporting of benefits information
- Analyze employee benefits data and trends to make recommendations for program improvements
- Conduct regular audits of benefits programs to ensure accuracy and effectiveness
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in employee benefits to continuously improve offerings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
- [X] years of experience in employee benefits management
- Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations related to employee benefits
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Certification in HR or benefits management is a plus
