We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Energy Program Operations Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the energy sector and proven experience in managing and overseeing energy programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage energy programs and initiatives in alignment with organizational goals and objectives
- Monitor and evaluate program performance and make recommendations for improvements
- Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of energy programs
- Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for energy projects
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of energy programs, including scheduling, logistics, and compliance
- Analyze data and metrics to track program success and identify areas for growth and improvement
- Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure program effectiveness and compliance
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on program performance and outcomes

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Energy Management, Engineering, Business, or related field
- At least 5 years of experience in energy program management or related field
- Strong project management skills and experience overseeing complex initiatives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Knowledge of energy regulations, policies, and industry standards
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
- Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload
