We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Environmental Manager to join our telecommunications company based in Dubai. The Environmental Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring environmental policies and programs to ensure compliance with local and international regulations, as well as promoting sustainability initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement environmental management systems and policies to minimize the company's impact on the environment.
- Conduct regular environmental audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sustainability initiatives, such as waste reduction, energy efficiency, and recycling programs.
- Monitor environmental performance metrics and prepare reports for senior management and regulatory agencies.
- Stay up-to-date on changes in environmental regulations and industry best practices to ensure the company remains compliant.
- Lead environmental training sessions for employees to raise awareness and promote a culture of environmental responsibility.
- Manage relationships with external environmental consultants, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- [X] years of experience in environmental management in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong knowledge of local and international environmental regulations and standards.
- Experience developing and implementing environmental management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in environmental management (e.g. ISO 14001) is a plus.
