We are seeking an experienced Environmental Program Operations Manager to join our healthcare organization in Sharjah. The Environmental Program Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all environmental programs within the healthcare facility to ensure compliance with local regulations and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage environmental programs and policies within the healthcare facility.
- Monitor and evaluate environmental performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to achieve sustainability goals.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess environmental risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with external agencies and stakeholders to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide training and support to staff members on environmental policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage budget and resources for environmental programs and initiatives.
- Stay current on environmental trends and regulations to ensure compliance and implement best practices.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental program management within a healthcare setting.
- Knowledge of local environmental regulations and standards.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse team.
