We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Equipment Manager to join our team in Dubai. The Equipment Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of equipment management within our consumer goods company. This includes managing inventory, maintenance, repairs, and procurement of equipment to ensure smooth operations and efficiency.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement equipment management policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory and maintenance schedules
- Coordinate with suppliers to procure new equipment and replacement parts
- Monitor equipment usage and performance to identify areas for improvement
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance to ensure equipment is in good working condition
- Coordinate with internal departments to schedule equipment usage and maintenance
- Train staff on proper equipment usage and safety procedures
- Manage a team of equipment technicians and oversee their daily tasks
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement solutions in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in equipment technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field

- Proven track record of managing equipment inventory and maintenance
- Strong organizational and time management skills
