Job Description:

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic ESL Instructor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Information Technology and experience teaching English as a Second Language to non-native speakers. The ESL Instructor will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging lesson plans that cater to the specific needs of adult learners in the IT field.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement ESL curriculum tailored to the needs of IT professionals
- Conduct English language assessments to evaluate students' proficiency levels
- Provide individualized instruction to students to help them achieve their language learning goals
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment for students from diverse cultural backgrounds
- Integrate technology and interactive teaching methods into lessons to enhance student engagement
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to help them improve their language skills
- Collaborate with other instructors and staff to support student learning and success

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, TESOL, Linguistics, or a related field
- TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA certification

- Strong knowledge of Information Technology terminology and concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
